We were so fortunate to find Amie to be our daughter’s piano teacher! I would wait during the lessons so I had ample opportunity to observe her methods and interaction with my daughter. Amie is kind, non-judgmental, patient and always encourages her student to try and figure something out first, instead of just handing her the solution. She would make suggestions and let her student have the freedom to interpret the music in a way that suited the student. That said, music is a discipline, so there was plenty to teach. My daughter learned everything she knows about classical music from Amie.

Amie has given piano lessons to my two children over the past eight years. Amie has made them successful musicians, pushed for constant growth and expertise, and created a caring atmosphere where the vibe is always positive. Amie’s daylight basement studio is the perfect setting for students to have their lessons. It is roomy and spacious. She can accommodate groups of students to perform and work with each other as well as individual lesson space.

Amie Belisle taught my daughter Jaiden piano since she was seven years old until she graduated from high school.
